The location was ideal near the beach and the center, the accommodation was spacious. The train station is 800 m away, perfect for visiting Rome.

Clean, welcoming, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was also well‑curated and varied.

The location is clearly great, at breakfast you look out to the sea, the beach is just across the street, and the center is 3 minutes away. In the center you find groceries, cafés, pharmacies, bakeries, etc. The accommodation is clean, spacious, I have nothing to criticize. Alessandra and her partner are very kind, they run a lovely B&B with a cozy garden.

The location. And the owner’s willingness to cancel without penalty, because the air‑conditioning in our room failed. The central cooling does not work and has a schedule. In summer this cannot be.
