The pool is spacious with plenty of chairs, letting you relax for a long time. Breakfast changes daily, so it never gets boring. The restaurant staff were very kind. The nearby mall has a Starbucks and a supermarket, so you can do quick shopping. There was also a massage shop. The only downside is that the station is a bit of a walk, so during hot or rainy times it’s advisable to use the shuttle bus.

The pool is lovely and there’s a Lawson, a Seven‑Eleven and a massage place within a five‑minute walk, plus the U.S. embassy right across the street makes it feel safe even at night. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main sights, so any trip by taxi takes about 40 minutes, and the large department stores are located at the next‑to‑next stations, which isn’t convenient for shoppers.

The furniture was old and uncomfortable, the wallpaper was ripped off, and overall the room felt outdated.

I landed in a safe spot with a roomy family suite, and the team—especially Dragon at the concierge and Kevin—were top‑class. Everyone else was polite and professional, but not particularly friendly. The rooms feel cramped and could use a makeover. Breakfast was a rush with few seats, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping; when we asked for the password they handed us a code instead of our room number, and the first code we got was wrong—troublesome with three kids in tow.
