Everything at breakfast was available as we wanted, the environment was pleasant and the service was good.

The Wi‑Fi was good, but the beds were very uncomfortable, there was no outlet at the desk so you could only work with an extension cord that I didn’t bring, the air‑conditioning was just decorative, noisy but didn’t blow, we never received toilet paper for the whole stay and it’s not normal to have to walk 3 stars to get it, the reception had no staff at all, the towels were damp and smelly, there was no shelf in the shower for shampoo or razor so you had to put them on the floor which is really uncomfortable, and there were stains on the sofa and chairs.

“Velmi příjemný pobyt”

The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was excellent, the dining area pleasant, and the staff were helpful and friendly, but the hotel’s common areas felt overly scented.
