Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. The self‑check‑in system was frustrating: we arrived at 22h, had entered all our details, but I didn’t see that a card had to be inserted because there was no contactless option, so we had to go back to the car to get it (the car was parked in front of the gate because it was closed and we didn’t have the code). After checking in, the ticket with our confidential number didn’t print.
