Great, central location between the universities. Rooms are well designed with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The north view looks out onto a parking lot; request a south‑facing room.

I really like this hotel and always stay here when I visit my daughter at Pitt. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service is also good—not exceptional, but perfectly satisfactory. Overall, I enjoy staying here and would recommend it, especially for its convenient location and comfortable rooms

Beautiful property and view , central to campus

The location was perfect for master's graduation ceremony. Walking distance to Phipps Conservatory. Had to go to 10th floor to check in! We had to wait 15 minutes because the person had left the check in to go to "office".she was in bar!! Acted annoyed we arrived for check in. Costs of breakfast / dinners were astronomical! $50 for 1/2 chicken??? The room was nice; however, do not walk around in white socks! We cleaned up a water spill and white towel was gray!!
