The bed was wonderful. The floor tiles had several cracks, the bathroom wasn’t very nice, and it didn’t feel like a four‑star hotel. The hotel management was not competent or helpful, and the very old television had no multimedia or YouTube access.

The location is excellent, breakfast is 3/5. The assortment for breakfast could be improved, but overall it’s a good hotel, the room is clean, tea supplies are present, and sound insulation is good.

The reception staff were great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired: the kitchen crew and waiters seemed to be eating alongside the hotel guests, and the schedule for breakfast, lunch, or a break was confusing. Because the restaurant serves not only breakfast but also street visitors, dishes from previous days—tomatoes mixed with grass, wilted salads—were on the table, and the staff themselves ate. I asked for juice, but the empty glass was replaced with a three‑liter plastic bucket of mayonnaise from under the coffee machine. They poured dried‑fruit compote into a dirty glass, and for dessert I got raisins and dried figs that were hard and unpleasant. The table setup was not ideal, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the juice after the breakfast ended. It’s just a buffet, not a Michelin‑level restaurant, yet the hotel claims 4 *, and I stayed at “Renion Park,” which should have a better breakfast. The staff were unhelpful, there were no seats, and the location was required. There’s no big variety in the food, but from 7 to 10 am the staff could focus on their duties: serve clean dishes, clear tables, replenish food and drinks, keep the coffee machine running, and avoid pouring compote from a plastic bucket into a dirty glass for guests. I’m disappointed.

The place is in a great spot, the room is a decent size, and the vibe feels relaxed. Nothing else to note.
