Nothing. I was first given a room whose ac was not working, after talking to the hotel staff for almost 40-50 at night around 2:00AM, I was given another room, but still the ac was not working to which I complained but the hotel manager didn’t listen and we had to stay in the room without ac

The cleanliness fell far below standards, the bathroom was dirty, room service was poor, the staff who delivered food to the room behaved badly, and the rental car for the airport was 15 minutes late.
