Breakfast and the front‑desk and bar staff were excellent. I called via WhatsApp as requested to arrange spa services ahead of arrival, but received no reply; at reception they redirected me to the spa manager, so we decided not to book anything there because we already had two days of treatments booked elsewhere.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the daytime and evening markets. The hotel is very clean and the staff care about guests and fulfill their requests. Everything about the hotel pleased me.

Breakfast buffet was good, the pool was very pleasant, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning was noisy and the windows couldn’t be opened.

The hotel is very close to the old town and bus stops, right on Durian Street in Jakarta. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, and the city view from the window was great. The room, however, needed a deep clean and a facelift; it was dirty and seemed to be falling apart at times. The AC was noisy and hard to set to the desired temperature, and its panel also needed cleaning.
