Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

There was never any hot water, no water at all, and the bar next door was noisy. The room door was glass, the bed was right next to the corridor, the toilet window had no curtain, so there was no privacy when showering or using the toilet. I booked six days but stayed only one because I couldn’t live without water. The platform and the hotel just passed the buck and didn’t resolve the issue—absolutely terrible.

The location was great and the room was spacious, but the hotel owner was unreachable when I needed him; I couldn't open my door, called the emergency number (the owner), got no response and even WhatsApp didn't work—poor service if you have to provide your own number!

The woman who works there is unbelievably nice and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need; the facilities were excellent and the location perfect, and it was awesome!

Friendly staff, good location and very clean room. Spacious rooms with clean towels and a cleaner every day, highly recommend and the price is very good too. There was a slight smell in the bathroom like sewage but this didn’t affect us and was very minor
