The rooms were spotless and the building was just a short 80m walk from the taxi drop‑off, putting me close to the Split promenade, Old Town, and a variety of local eateries; the staff were friendly, informative, polite, and genuinely helpful. It was a very good property for the price and contained all we needed for our stay in Split.
