I encountered bedbugs during my stay, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

The facilities were clean, the location was good, and the price was reasonable, but the neighbors were noisy after 23:00, which made it hard to rest.
The room was clean and the owner was very welcoming, but the double room is located inside the dorm.

The place seemed decent with a kitchen and several bathrooms, but the sheer number of bedbugs ruined everything; after spotting them in my luggage after an hour, a staff member offered front‑desk bug spray and treated it as normal, so I left immediately, and the host never apologized or promised to spray the room.

I stayed five nights because I liked it so much; Nam was a friendly, warm, welcoming host who did everything possible to keep the accommodation clean and comfortable, and I felt totally safe there.
