We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Riad. Everything was perfect from start to finish: a luxurious, quiet, impeccably maintained property with impeccable cleanliness. The facilities are top‑quality, the décor stunning, and the atmosphere especially relaxing, letting us enjoy Marrakech fully while having a true sanctuary to unwind. The Riad sits in the Mellah, just steps from the souks and Jemaa El Fna square, yet tucked into a quiet alley; many taxis are available nearby day and night, making travel easy. Breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff deserve a huge 10/10—adorable, professional, caring, and always attentive. Their warm welcome and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return. Thanks to the whole team for this exceptional stay!

The riad surpassed my expectations. It had a great boutique vibe, was extremely peaceful yet still in a prime spot to explore what Marrakech offers. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and extremely welcoming. We were surprised to find breakfast included, which was four courses and delicious. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Marrakech.

“Book your taxi ride directly with Door Janna!”

The vibe was great, the design details were gorgeous, and the breakfasts were amazing, plus every staff member was super friendly and attentive. The only downside was that I didn’t book a taxi through the hotel before arriving at the airport, so we ended up getting dropped off at a traffic circle far from our Riad and got completely lost. When the gentleman at Door Janna saw how exhausted and sweaty we looked, he immediately set us down in a cool, comfortable spot, offered tea and sweets, and handled all the paperwork and our bags. We ended up booking our return taxi with the hotel, and a young man helped move our bags by cart from the Riad to the waiting taxi. You won’t appreciate this level of service until you have to haul bags over cobblestones in a dark alley because a random taxi drops you far from Door Janna.
