I stayed on Koh Tao during this period and it was a great place to stay.

The location is right on the pier, so you can drop off your stuff immediately. The bed was quite hard, I didn't feel it was clean, and there were fingerprints on the sides of my cabin. My bed was at the back, so the air‑conditioner never came near me, and I had to fetch toilet paper separately because it wasn't attached to the toilet.

The place is next to the pier and the rooms are spacious. The showers feel like those at a campsite and the bed was very hard.

It’s ideal for spending the night near the port, but it’s far from the city center and there’s zero social activity.
