I have been waiting six weeks for my invoice to be sent. Even after giving my email address at the hotel during a PC outage, I received no mail. When I asked for contact, I was told to contact them directly. Even after writing to them directly, I still received no email.

The location was good. The bathroom tap didn’t provide cold water, the toilet paper clogged the drain, and there was no pressure. I was charged two euros to leave a bag after check‑out, then I was charged four euros that I later noticed and they refunded it.
