I can't say much about the food; the electricity cuts out, the rooms smell like gutters.

Breakfast offered a small selection of European dishes, enough for a few days of stay, and the juices were delicious, all fresh and tasty. The staff were pleasant and responded to every request, switching the air‑conditioner to heating as soon as it got chilly. The location was very quiet. The worst part was the smell in the bathroom coming from the sewage pipes, which I understand is unrelated to the hotel but to the city’s plumbing; a few air fresheners might have helped a bit.

The location was okay, but I didn’t like the food. The restaurant meals were overpriced, and the hotel rooms were basic for the rates charged.
