La Suite Hotel - Self Check-in

“Der Aufenthalt fand aufgrund der oben angeführten Maßnahmen nicht statt.”

I booked a room through booking and received confirmation with payment on site. Midday, while I was working, I was told that if I didn’t pay immediately (I wasn’t on site) my room would be offered to other guests. That was utterly rude, especially since I managed to snag a room at another hotel at the last minute. Very bad!

The location, cleanliness, and climate are all excellent.

The conditions were unacceptable – DO NOT STAY HERE. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had no windows, so there was zero ventilation, a stuffy atmosphere, and a terrible smell. Food odors from the kitchen flooded the room, making it nearly impossible to breathe. Hygiene standards were shocking: both the bedsheets and towels were clearly used and unwashed. The shared kitchen area outside the room was very dark, poorly lit, and unwelcoming. Overall, the conditions were dirty, suffocating, and far below basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Everything was well made, clean, and tidy. I especially liked that there were body towels with slippers and pre‑packaged toothbrushes, single‑use toothbrushes, and so on. I can’t complain – everything was super.

Everything was wonderful! The staff, the accommodation, and the cleanliness – everything was super. I’ve been here several times and will definitely come back.
