The rooms were in poor condition, breakfast and lunch were of very low quality, and the price was higher than what you’d pay in a European capital for a much better standard.

The staff were excellent and the hotel overall was great, probably because it’s due for a bit of refurbishment. The value for money was very good and the bar food was tasty. I did have a lot of noise in the first room I was assigned, but the reception moved me to another room a couple of floors down and it was much quieter. The shower trays were a bit unstable—showering felt like standing on a small trampoline.

Our 3 days stay in this hotel was above our expectation. Absolutely lovely stuff who made our stay unforgettable starting from free shuttle from the airport and gift packages of Ethiopian coffee on arrival, delicious breakfast and SPA center with great aroma massage and sauna. Room was clean and tidy with super comfortable beds! Also, we loved the location from where is easy to get to main attractions. Also, just round the corner there are a lot of restaurants. Would love to come back to this hotel again!
