“Horrible place”

Nothing stood out positively; all the facilities were broken, there was no buffet, the bicycles didn’t work, club items like Carrom and snooker were unusable, there was no bonfire, no entertainment, and it was the worst place ever.

“Fabulous 3 days, 2 nights. October 2nd, 2026.”

The staff were very helpful, especially Sruthy, and the pool and room were great; I received a complimentary upgrade from the waterfall view room to the forest view room with a bathtub, and the late checkout was reasonably priced. Food was cheaper than expected, but the intercom didn’t work and some dishes could be improved, such as a less oily omelette and a tomato minestrone soup made with fresh ingredients instead of canned baked beans.

The location and view were excellent, but none of the indoor games were in usable condition.

“Peaceful & beautiful stay surrounded by nature with warm hospitality & truly relaxing atmosphere”

The beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, and views made the stay very relaxing; the rooms were spacious, the hospitality warm, and I loved waking up surrounded by greenery. Overall it was a lovely stay, the property is beautiful, with only a few minor areas where service and maintenance could be better.
