“A beautiful, newly built traditional style house”

A newly built house in traditional Japanese style, thoughtfully designed for visitors. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious, and has every convenience you could think of. The host was warm, welcoming, and happy to discuss sightseeing options. Breakfastes were a highlight, prepared by our host in our own kitchen—very special. It’s a great base for exploring Tokushima and the surrounding area. If you’re driving, the streets near the house are usually narrow 😊

The accommodation was traditional, very quiet, clean, well‑furnished, and relaxing. The house sat in a lovely vegetable garden next to a small shrine. Nothing.

The surroundings were quiet all four weeks, very relaxing. The house had all facilities, was clean, and you could cook yourself. One price let you rent the whole cottage and each person got a breakfast; great value. The female owner was enthusiastic and friendly, her breakfasts were delicious, and there was parking outside—ideal for a road trip.
