The experience was terrible and completely unacceptable. During our stay, a serious fight broke out in the room: two guests began shouting, fighting, and even broke the air‑conditioning pipe. The incident lasted a long time with no staff intervention to calm the fight or ensure our safety. Feeling unsafe and noticing that one of the instigators slept in the room that night, we had to leave the hostel urgently to avoid danger and scramble for alternative accommodation so we wouldn’t end up on the street. The hostel only acknowledged the incident in writing after repeated requests, confirming even the police involvement (which never arrived), but the initial handling of security and guest assistance was entirely absent. The facility is absolutely unsafe and the staff management inadequate. I strongly advise against staying.

I had expected better, but the place was packed with dirty Moroccan guests and people selling drugs at night; anyone could get in because the key was already known to the clientele. Then a manager who worked the night shift stepped in, cleaned up a bit, and brought some order.

We didn’t really like anything about our stay. There were 22 beds in the room, which was absolutely overcrowded. We arrived early, but the doors were locked, and we couldn’t get inside at all, so we had to wait outside on the street. As for the room, the conditions were terrible. We were among the first people to arrive, and we simply asked if we could change our beds so that we wouldn’t be sleeping right at the entrance, where everyone was constantly coming in and out. There were 22 beds in the room, so there was very little space. However, the man in charge firmly refused and said that changing beds was absolutely not possible. Regarding the beds, we noticed how they changed the bedding — or rather, they didn’t change it at all. The man would simply come in and straighten the sheets. The pillows also looked really bad and were extremely uncomfortable. He also didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. It was extremely cold in the room, and he didn’t seem to understand what I meant when I tried to explain that the temperature was too low. The man in charge also seemed to feel entitled to enter the room whenever he wanted, turning the lights on and off as he pleased. We felt as if we were in prison rather than staying in accommodation.
