BAD MOOS - Aqua Spa Resort, Sesto Bz offers relaxing wellness treatments, modern rooms, and mountain air. Thermal waters have attracted visitors for 300 years. The hotel features indoor and outdoor pools with Dolomites views, a children's pool, and spa with saunas and treatments. Traditional regional dishes are served in 14th- and 17th-century restaurants. Rooms have satellite TV, panoramic views, and some have real fires.

The spa area with the two heated pools and the massages is simply superb, and the dinner buffet with excellent starters and desserts is rich and satisfying; overall the service is great, with no complaints.

The food was generally satisfactory, the room was nice with a beautiful view but small. The spa was supposed to stay open until 8 p.m. but it shut down at 7 p.m. while we were inside; I tried booking treatments multiple times and almost never succeeded because they wanted everything finished by 7 p.m. I told reception about this but received no discount voucher or future stay credit. A four‑star hotel should treat guests differently; as a spa it’s just average.

From start to finish it was lovely. Having never stayed at a place like this before, we weren’t sure what to expect, yet the facilities far surpassed our hopes. The food was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, and the range of spa options was truly impressive. Plus the setting in the beautiful Dolomites offers endless recreational possibilities.

We spent our honeymoon at Bad Moos Resort while touring the Dolomites and it was absolutely incredible; the room was spotless, the food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the staff—Nicolò, Davide, Marina, Tommy, and everyone else—were friendly and welcoming, making our stay unforgettable.
