“Over priced and basic amenities not in place”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The building itself is stunning, with clean and well-decorated rooms, which was a great start. However, I was disappointed to find that some basic amenities were lacking, considering the price I paid. The frequent power outages, which occurred about every hour, were a major inconvenience, and I had to request the staff to turn on the backup power multiple times, which got tiresome quickly.
