The room was spacious. The invoice I needed for a business stay was never issued even after repeated requests; the front desk said it would be emailed because paper was problematic. The location on the market square made the cobblestones and traffic quite noisy.

A charming hotel and restaurant with great food and very friendly staff; cleanliness is excellent. The building feels a bit old and some parts are slightly worn.

The hotel’s central position is superb, and the staff were very friendly, yet there was no orientation guide for navigating the property. I had to locate the parking, entrance, and room on my own. As mentioned earlier, I had to search for everything myself. During the day I couldn’t find any staff. The TV was broken, and the shower’s showerhead was missing; I couldn’t report these issues because nobody was available. That was disappointing, especially since the hotel has a really good restaurant where the food and service were perfect.
