A perfect home with wonderful hosts. We had very nice conversations. It was a very comfortable stay. A villa with a garden. Breakfast is prepared exactly how you want it. The neighbourhood is very polite. You can walk to the bus stop in 5 minutes. Everything is spotless. Bonus: you can love the house’s 17‑year‑old World dessert dog. If I come to Bologna again, I’d stay here.

Quiet location near the ring road, easy parking, a peaceful and welcoming place surrounded by greenery, with water and tea‑making facilities. The bed and pillow are extremely comfortable.

The owner was very approachable and responded quickly to every concern; the breakfasts were tasty.

The cleaning was meticulous, even the walls were spotless, and the room felt cozy; the common area had a microwave and everything needed to eat there. However, one of the beds had a problem: the net didn’t stay stable and a corner got caught under its support (the issue was reported, and the host said they would inform the supplier to fix it). There was also a small dispute with the host over the correct amount of the tourist tax, which was eventually resolved.
