It’s very close to the departure point for the boat to Morro de São Paulo and the breakfast. There was a bedbug in the room and the bathroom was quite dirty, but the main issue was the reception staff being very rude.

Perfect for a one‑night stay if you need to catch the boat to Boipeba the next day. It’s in a great spot, right next to the harbor. Expect more outdoor noise because of its central location.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the staff’s attentiveness. However, the hotel’s lack of organization and predictability bothered me: in the room I stayed in, although there was a TV, I couldn’t use it because there was no “extension” to plug it into the outlet. The front‑desk attendant went to my room, saw the issue, and said she could do nothing because the hotel was full and no spare extension was available, so I couldn’t watch TV during my stay. I recommend the hotel improve its planning and organization to avoid situations like this.
