The food was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The sunset view was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The elevators didn’t work, so we had to climb many stairs to get to the pool and the restaurant from the room. The tap water provided in the all‑inclusive package tasted awful, as did the beer, which wasn’t very good.

The TV channels were limited, the wifi was spotty, and there were a lot of stairs and elevators to navigate.

The service was great, but they should manage the hammock reservations better and improve the parking situation.

The adults’ pool had great views, but parking was impossible, there was no suitable parking lot, and reaching the room required taking too many elevators; the food was very repetitive.

The staff overall were very friendly, especially Miguel at reception who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making the stay even nicer with his warm attitude; we instantly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thanks, Miguel, for the great service! The leisure program was fantastic, with various daytime activities and a relaxed evening at the bar after dinner. It was truly wonderful and we felt very comfortable, so we definitely want to return. The only downside was the distance from the beach, but the hotel shuttle ran every 30 minutes.
