“Staff needs to be more attentive”
The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed a bit slow to respond to requests, which was a bit of a problem. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really nice.
The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were absolutely excellent - friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also spotless, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
The hotel's rooms were in desperate need of a refurbishment. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the washroom's water tap was broken, which meant we were stuck with only hot water. To make matters worse, the doors were auto-locked, and the staff seemed clueless about where the AC switches were. We got moved to three different rooms in one day due to the constant issues, but it was a frustrating experience.
