I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and was greeted warmly by Vanesa, who helped me with everything I needed. The staff in general is super attentive and friendly. The room is lovely and just as pretty as the photos, with all the amenities you'd need, including a great selection of toiletries. What really stood out to me was the amazing breakfast they serve, and the views from my room were a bonus – I even spotted some monkeys playing outside.
