We received a voicemail from Frank after we got home because my daughter had left something in the room. He arranged to have it returned to us immediately. He was kind and very special. We’re grateful to know that honest people still exist.

Breakfast isn’t included, but the hotel is close to Tim Hortons and a very nice restaurant. The exhaust fan is attached to the bathroom light, so it woke my spouse up in the middle of the night.
