The high‑floor view was excellent. Breakfast offered plenty of bread, salad, and curry. It was great that kids could stay for free. The shower pressure was strong and the hot water filled quickly, which was a relief. The ventilation fan was weak, so ventilation was almost impossible; the window opened a little, but with a child inside it felt scary. I didn’t notice this on the second ride, but the first elevator ride had a strange wobble that was frightening.

The bread at breakfast was delicious 😋. It would have been better if the breakfast menu had more options.

The station was close, and pre‑checking in meant the front desk wasn’t crowded. The hotel signage was hard to see.

The staff were extremely courteous and the service was the best. I found a hair on the bath mat that didn’t belong to me.
