“Excellent hotel except for your breakfast is terrible no explanation how bad it is”

The breakfast was very bad; you need to do it better because the choice of food was terrible. Coffee and tea were bad; you need to improve it as the hotel is nice and the staff that welcomed us, I do not remember his name, I think is Matthew, was very nice. Everything is good except the breakfast. The breakfast was terrible for a hotel like this; you need a nicer and more variety for breakfast. We toured most of your Europe; your breakfast rate is 0 zero.

“A great base for exploring Naples, with a comfortable bed, a friendly host and good value for money.”

We were very happy with the location, as the property was close to everything we needed and made an ideal base for exploring Naples. After long days of sightseeing, it was great to come back to a comfortable room with a large bed and an excellent mattress, which made it easy to rest and recharge. Having a fridge in the room was also very convenient. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated that he allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, so we could enjoy the city a little longer before our late afternoon flight. Another highlight was the breakfast served at the café right next door, which was delicious and very convenient. Although daily cleaning was supposed to be provided, the tiled floors were never vacuumed during our 7-night stay, so dust and dirt accumulated quite easily. The towels were changed regularly, which was appreciated. The ventilation in the room and bathroom could also be improved, as the bathroom remained steamy for a long time after showering, even with the ventilation switched on. We also noticed some mould on the bathroom wall and near the balcony

The place is pretty close to the center, clean and well‑maintained rooms with comfy balconies, but parking is a real hassle if you have a car and public transport in Naples feels generally inconvenient compared to other Italian cities.
