The spot is unbeatable and the rooms are spacious and cozy, plus the breakfast is pretty solid. The only downside is that there are no electric kettles for tea or coffee; we had to scoop hot water from the bar below into a thermos, which was the first time I've encountered that rule.

Excellent location—DB station, bus station, lakeside with a nice park, restaurants, beer gardens, supermarket—all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, and the rooms are large enough with a walk‑in shower. The on‑site underground parking offers direct elevator access to the hotel. The downside is the morning announcements from the nearby train station are loud, and the electric charging stations in the underground parking were out of service; despite asking for help, the reception said no technician was available around 18:00.

Good breakfast, great location with bus and train stops right outside the door, and a paid underground parking spot, which is standard.

The staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, and we could easily store our bicycles in the underground parking. The hotel is right next to the train station and the promenade. 👍👍👍
