The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom was large with a spacious tub and shower, the robes were cozy, the L'Occitane bathroom products were high quality, the lighting could be dimmed, there was a fireplace, a balcony, and a washer‑dryer. Being dog‑friendly was essential and we really appreciated it.

The room was very comfortable and had everything you would need; we loved the outdoor pool, which was heated and offered a beautiful view. No complaints.

The room we received was very comfortable, the bed felt like a cloud and my husband said his pillow was perfect and he wanted to keep it; there was plenty of underground parking and many luggage trolleys. We would definitely return. The view from the room could have been better, but that’s nit‑picking.

Being away from the busy centre made it quieter than the highway, and rooms were available. The restaurant service was poor, with wait times exceeding an hour.
