The spot is spot on, and having breakfast delivered when you leave early in the morning is super handy. The person I dealt with was flexible and friendly. The room itself was nice, but the gear was really old— the sink drain was leaking and was held together with a piece of black tape, the bathroom vent blew out all its dust because it never got cleaned, and so on. A quick refresh and a deeper cleaning would be much appreciated.

They sent breakfast to the room in a cooler bag, and it stayed the same for the whole stay; mixing it up would be nice. The location is decent at a crossroads, right next to a Palestinian eatery, and there are plenty of restaurants and mini‑marts along the road toward the center, which is about a 10‑minute walk. The room is a loft with the bed and TV above; adding a mini‑fridge, kettle, and microwave would help, especially since shops close early and you’d want those at night.

The building where my room was located was in a different location (this wasn’t mentioned in the listing). The towels were dirty, the ceiling fan seemed like it might fall on my head, the windows didn’t close fully (we slept with unlocked windows), and the toilet was disgusting (the seat was falling). I don’t recommend it. Also, the breakfast was forgotten; they mentioned a place to go but left it on our door the night before.

The place was very dirty, with big holes in the floor. I sent a message and received no response. It was ridiculously overpriced. Having stayed at over a hundred hotels worldwide, this is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ll never book with this platform again because they take no responsibility. Better to use Lonely Planet or Shoestring, which actually review the hotels they recommend.

The bed size and cleanliness were good. The fan wasn’t working, and the rooms were missing a refrigerator.
