The place was clean and compact, but the housekeeping staff were a bit clumsy, handing items directly to us or to the cleaner on the bed.

“Wonderful”

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were new and fully equipped, and they even handed us a snack bag for our flight; we really love the place, thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

We booked a bungalow and ended up with a room on the second floor that had no lift, got charged for two nights even though we stayed less than 12 hours, and the value for money was extremely bad.

The staff were super friendly and they arranged gluten‑free meals for us every time; the hotel itself was in a great spot, the beach was beautiful, there were plenty of activities, and many restaurants to choose from; towels were switched cleanly and the room had air‑conditioning; from the balcony the view was great. We had a standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom cleaning could have been better; the lift was very old; some tiles were loose around the pool; the hotel looked a bit dated; and sometimes there was a struggle for a spot at the pool or the beach.
