I appreciated the location, cleanliness, and staff. The elevator was out of order for a week, and it was unclear how to enter or exit the hotel when arriving or leaving.

Cleanliness and staff are smooth and respectful, especially the front desk (ANG).

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and pleasant, and the location was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful, and we felt very at ease throughout. Breakfast was tasty, varied, and fresh. Overall, a fantastic experience and we definitely recommend the hotel and would love to return.
