“Do not recommend”

The air conditioner works and the hotel isn’t far from the airport. I chose it for the shuttle transfer, but they never reached out to confirm it. I sent two emails with no reply, and their phone number isn’t on WhatsApp, so I couldn’t call. The address didn’t show up in the Grab app, so I had to take a taxi from the airport, but the driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel (there was another with the same name). I couldn’t cancel my reservation, so I booked a Grab ride that finally got me to the right place, ending up paying more for the cab than for the night. The bed felt too hard for me. Light leaked through the bottom of the door, the walls were thin enough to hear my neighbors’ TV, and overall cleanliness was quite low.

It’s simple, clean, and comfortable with friendly staff, very close to the train to the airport, and good value. We’ve stayed here a few times and will return. The beds are hard, though.

Berdekatan dgn erl station. Mini market pun Ada bersebelahan hotel. Byk pilihan restoran n mini market berdekatan, cuma jalan kaki 3 minit

“Lokasi Bagus & Sangat Convenient”

Dekat dengan Erl ke airport atau KL sentral, 5min jer jalan kaki. Naik grab pergi airport RM 40. Bilik ok la, harga pun murah kan. Basic2 jers. Overall, hotel ni memang pilihan yang convenient dan berbaloi, terutama untuk short stay atau transit. Water heater bunyi bising sikit tp ok jer
