The hotel is nice with a pleasant setup. The treehouse cabin has charm. The food is good. The staff are kind and welcoming. Forget the 4‑star standard; it clearly feels like a 3‑star. The 10% discount on food and drinks from Booking had to be requested (not automatic). The staff don’t always speak English well, making communication awkward. The pool looks stagnant, and we didn’t try it.

The staff were friendly and everything was set up nicely, but the road to the hotel was rough and the surroundings could use better maintenance—like trimming the bushes.
