The property is truly beautiful, full of charm, and has a stunning pool; the setting is very pleasant and definitely a highlight of the stay. We especially appreciated Ilenia’s wonderful hospitality—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, which left us very satisfied. The only real drawback concerns the apartment, which we felt needed more care and maintenance. Several pieces of furniture and equipment are rather old and worn; some are damaged, others seem missing. The kitchen supplies could be improved: the dishware is varied but mismatched, and some pots are in poor condition and should be replaced. Also, the apartment description listed items like toiletries and a toaster that we did not find during our stay. Cleaning was not entirely up to our expectations and could have been more thorough. Another issue is the front door, which does not stay properly locked unless secured; fixing this would enhance comfort and safety. It’s a shame, because the property and surroundings are magnificent and the welcome was excellent. The problem mainly lies in the apartment’s condition and upkeep. With some maintenance and renewal of certain items, the stay could become truly exceptional.

“Prima ruim en schoon appartement. Goede locatie voor bezoek in zuid Toscane”

A lovely pool with good lounge chairs, a clean and spacious apartment, a full kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, and on‑site parking for a car. The only downside is the proximity to the main road, so you sometimes hear passing traffic.

“Una vacanza non al massimo delle aspettative”

The pool is fine. I didn’t like that the rules didn’t forbid loud ball‑playing in the pool, especially when a family of four occupied half the small pool for several days even after I told Mr. Daniele about the noise and the long‑lasting commotion. One day I had to leave because the constant racket gave me a severe headache. That said, Daniele was helpful and assured me he’d speak to the family. Thanks to Daniele and Mrs. Ilenia for the welcome.

“Relax in un casolare toscano”

This well‑maintained estate sits on a hill surrounded by olive groves, offers a summer pool, and the apartment has every comfort. Rooms are spacious and tidy, cleaning is excellent, and all amenities for a pleasant stay are present. Breakfast isn’t available. Private parking is offered, and the location is convenient for reaching both Siena and Arezzo. The host is friendly and ready to give any useful information.
