I was only impressed by how close it is to the city center, but the rest was a letdown. The facilities were not clean, and they didn’t let us in until 6:30 pm even though our check‑in was at 3 pm. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude, making the whole experience very unpleasant.

The location is good. We didn’t know we were supposed to arrive, waited 40 minutes for the key, the GPS directions were unclear, and we were only given 5 towels for 8 people.

The house is very spacious, typical of San Cristobal city and well located. The stay wasn’t entirely comfortable due to details like insufficient towels (one for three people). The worst was the bedding: several beds had only one sheet, a blanket, pillows without covers, and mattresses without protectors. We had rainy days and there were leaks in the living room, a bedroom, and the kitchen flooded. Several promised services were missing, such as a washing machine, ironing utensils, hair dryer, Xbox console, and hammock.
