“Great stay!”
The hotel gives you direct internal access to Mall of Indonesia via Lobby 5, making shopping and dining convenient, and several minimarts (FamilyMart, Indomaret) sit right outside the entrance. It’s close to Jakarta International Stadium, which is great for concertgoers. The 24/7 reception and concierge desks are exceptionally helpful, and laundry service is prompt. Massage services are reasonably priced. The lobby smells pleasant; there’s a bathroom for extra convenience, complimentary potato chips and fresh guava juice, and the glassware is clearly separated into clean and used. The room is spacious with clean, fresh bedding and even includes a round footrest pillow (10/10). Windows can be opened slightly for fresh air, and the AC is powerful—though it can be quite cold. Soundproofing keeps out street noise, and international power outlets are available throughout. Free hotel water and tea are provided, but soft drinks and 1.5L bottled water cost extra. The breakfast offers both local and international dishes, and the egg station is amazing. On the downside, furnishings show noticeable wear; the wooden cabinet door under the sink had come loose (though it can be fitted back). Hot water takes a while to start. There’s no balcony, and the supplied shampoo is drying and best for short hair. The gym has a lingering odor. Hallways and rooms are fully carpeted, making it hard to roll heavy luggage, and hallway noise leaks in. The layout is confusing: the third‑floor garage entrance is hard to find, and reaching it—by foot, GrabBike, or car—is tricky. The laundry service staples tracking tags directly onto guests’ clothing.
