The cabin was large and cozy. The resort isn’t too big. The staff are super friendly. The cabins aren’t soundproof; you hear neighbors talking, and at night a swarm of swallows made a lot of noise while roosters were my personal alarm every morning. I also had trouble with light leaking through the bathroom door window and the AC lamp shining brightly on my face because the AC pointed directly at the bed. Thankfully they fixed the light by hanging a curtain over the window and covering the lamp.

“Unpleasant, unclean and just a bad vibe all together.”

We arrived at 2 pm, the scheduled check‑in time, and were made to wait almost an hour for our room. When we finally entered, the room was unclean and not worth staying in even for the price. We left after three hours; the blanket on the bed had stains and a hole, the bathroom was gross and had a ceiling opening, and the door didn’t close properly so bugs could easily get in. Some staff were very nice, others not so much. The location was okay but not great unless you plan to rent a scooter.

“Unglaublich herzliche familiäre Stimmung.”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were very clean. The grounds and the pool were well maintained, and arranging the snorkeling tour was great, as was renting a scooter—no hassle at all. The only downside was the lack of a view.
