“Spotlessly clean and comfortable accomodation in a quiet and convenient location”

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. Highlights: Fantastic location on a quiet, peaceful side street, just a few steps from a large Coop supermarket and the centre of a charming town full of great restaurants. Parking was never an issue, with hassle‑free street parking right outside the house. The apartment itself is gorgeous, decorated with great attention to detail and a wonderful sense of design coherence. The bathroom was sterilely clean, featuring a large shower, and the water doesn’t leak or flood the floor at all!!! The mini‑kitchen comes with a coffee machine, a mini‑fridge, and all the essentials you might need, including cups, glasses, cutlery, and bowls. The house has a beautiful, well‑maintained garden. Visiting in May was a dream because the jasmine was in full bloom and smelled absolutely amazing! Bonus for cyclists: there is a dedicated bike storage room, which was a huge plus for us!

Very quiet area but very close to the centre, a terrace for breakfast was much appreciated and a bike storage was very useful!

I stayed in a spot that’s perfect for checking out nearby towns, with the train and bus right next door and free parking under the building. The house was warm, had a tea corner and breakfast, but you can’t cook or heat food there. The linens for bed and bathroom were fine, and the TV was only 100 m away. A COOP supermarket, trattorias and pizzerias are close, though many were closed from 30 Dec to 2 Jan. The owner was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was great, and Buonconvento’s center was a short walk away in the heart of the Crete Senesi. The room was spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and the bathroom was huge with brand‑new fixtures. Mr Angela was extremely attentive and went out of his way to anticipate any guest issues.

The apartment was spotless and very cute, with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine that were all appreciated. I’d recommend it to anyone who has a car to get around.
