Clean and good staff

The bed was clean and comfortable with good linen, but the lock on my door was difficult to open and got stuck often; the hot water in the shower failed for a while, and there was only one power point too far from the bed, which was a problem since I use a CPAP machine; there was no lift, no bedside lamp, and the bar was very noisy on Saturday afternoon.

The staff were awesome—friendly, caring, professional—and the pub food was absolutely delicious. The room, however, felt more like a jail cell: no TV, no bedside tables, no AC, and it was definitely outdated—prison cells even have a TV.
