The bed was comfortable and the room very clean, yet I never met any staff upon arrival or departure, and the heater blew out cool air so during a very cool night we had to huddle in coats to stay warm.

The value for money was good, but there were not many positives beyond that, giving it an 8/10.

The location and price were acceptable, but the old furniture and bathroom lowered the overall experience to a 6/10.

The location is easy to find and convenient for touring the Barossa Valley; the staff were friendly and the rooms clean and tidy, but the older style motel could use a bit of TLC – a coat of paint, new fixtures, and a little styling would make a world of difference without costing much, resulting in a 6/10.
