The linens were clean, the room was warm, and everything else was spotless. The front desk answered all questions. However, I could hear neighbors snoring and talking, and while there were glasses in the room, there wasn’t even a single bottle of water.

The room was nice and clean, the service was great, and the communication felt like talking to family; the location was very convenient, a bit away from the center but with all the necessary shops nearby. Not all rooms have a private bathroom, and there’s no fridge in the room (only in the corridor).

Nothing! Everything was awful! I don’t recommend it at all! The staff were completely unprofessional, there were no conveniences, the place was very dirty, and the administrator was confrontational—overall a horrible experience that ruined my vacation. Don’t waste your time; book somewhere else.

The cats were nice, and there was a bed and an air‑conditioner. However, there was no shower in the room, the Wi‑Fi was often missing, and you’re left with only cable TV, which is disappointing.

The location was convenient for this trip. The pillows were uncomfortable and too high.
