The view was beautiful and the room felt safe and very good, but there was a lot of humidity; when we opened the windows the floor became slippery, the price felt high for the quality, and I was confused when I was told I had to pay for breakfast even though my reservation clearly stated it was free and that meals were not included.

Everything was cool, but the hot water in the room didn’t work.

It was quite good, but not all items on the menu were available.
