The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions, but I didn't like the place itself; the room had “old” beds, some wall stains, and a feeling of abandonment.

The place was great. The reception staff were excellent and the manager taught me how to open the door and turn on the air and shower.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the shower was weak, the TV was pre‑history, and the bed was noisy – everything was bad.

De nada; extremamente velho, encardido! O banheiro com os rejuntes pretos de mofo. Liguei o chuveiro e a água vazou pelo banheiro todo. A porta do box não fechava! Pedi panos e quiseram me cobrar as toalhas. Dizendo que não tinha pano e somente toalhas e que eu deveria pagar por elas
