The food, the architecture, the decoration and the surroundings. Very peaceful place even though it was full. The bathroom size/layout was small and not convenient, the music playlist was “experimental” (some live music would have been a nice touch), missing an evening lounge and/or games room. And the General Manager was nowhere to be seen

The design was beautiful without feeling pretentious or precious, and the staff were sensational, making the biggest difference at every stage; truly exceptional. It’s understandably the pricier option, but I went in knowing I’d pay more for the great design, wonderful nature, and the biosphere.
