I never got to stay. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone; the issue I raised could have been resolved easily, yet he laughed.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the pool was great. The fitness room was under renovation, so we couldn’t use it; this wasn’t communicated beforehand and was a real disappointment. The equipment looks good, so hopefully it becomes a plus in the future.
